Coaching Programs

Working with a Certified Run Coach will guide you towards achieving your running goals efficiently, effectively and most importantly, safely. You RUN You is committed to helping runners of all experience levels achieve their running goals through creating customized training plans based on each runner’s individual objectives. Community Programs

We are as passionate about improving our community as we are about running. The Run Love program was created to bring enhancements in the world of fitness and endurance racing to people who may not have the opportunity to participate otherwise. We partner with local and national organizations to help deliver the overall wellness that running brings to the mind, body and soul. Youth Programs

The National Association for Sport and Physical Education recommends at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per day for children preschool age and up. Running is one of the most fundamental activities children engage in early on, from chasing a ball to playing tag to running around the playground. We utilize the RRCA Kids Run the Nation program to develop age appropriate youth running programs, harnessing kids natural instincts. Read more about what this program offers and how to participate!
