The Run Wild Program

The Run Wild program is our basic coaching package. It is designed for beginner to experienced runners who are looking for a week-to-week running program, under the guidance and motivation of an RRCA Certified Coach, but free of today’s technology driven running analytics. This plan is ideal for any person looking for individual focus to improve their current running speed or distance or for maintenance training in between races.

The program begins with a 30 minute FREE consultation with an RRCA Run Coach to understand your goals. From there, a 4-week training program will be designed with specific workouts targeted to meet your training objectives. Your coach will motivate you throughout the training program and available for advice and running tips to ensure you reach your goals.

The Run Strong Program

How far are you willing to push yourself to achieve greatness? Strength, to us, is not reflected by minutes per mile or muscle size. Strength is an outcome of when mental toughness and self motivation exceed doubt. This program is designed for experienced runners seeking to push themselves outside of their comfort zone and strives to build holistic strength in the form of mental toughness and physical power.

This program builds on the Run Wild program by incorporating the following: strength and flexibility workouts, cross-training guidance and weekly 30-minute training reviews with an RRCA Run Coach. In addition, the Run Strong program includes dynamic training plans. If something is not working for you, your coach will address it and make proper changes for the duration of your plan.

The Run Healthy Program

Running enables a healthy, fit lifestyle, but there is no denying the significant impact of matching your nutrition with your fitness goals. The Run Healthy program is our most comprehensive program, designed for runners who are looking to make a change in both their physical fitness and nutrition fitness.​

This program enhances the Run Strong program by incorporating the use of data analytics and heart rate zone training. You will have UNLIMITED access to your RRCA Run Coach, weekly 30-minute training reviews, and DYNAMIC training plans, addressing your needs immediately and effectively.

In addition, You RUN You has partnered with Institute of Integrated Nutrition Health & Nutrition Coach, Nora Gallagher, who will work with you on how the right nutrition and lifestyle choices can improve your chance of success.
