I reached out to Bridget after having my second child when I was looking to drop my remaining baby weight. She was so reliable, held me accountable and checked in on my status on a daily basis. She provided me with an excellent foundation to get me back to the level of running that I was at pre-pregnancy. She invested her time and effort in me and was so relatable as a mom of 2 herself. I highly recommend Bridget to anyone who is looking for the right amount of push and guidance to meet your workout/running goals.

“Steadily improved my mile time...”

I am a fair weather runner…I have run races before, but it has been for fun or out of obligation or out of guilt (one too many donuts). But for a few years I have wanted to step up my running game. This year I committed myself to running a 5k every month. Enter Bridget Karg…an expert runner, running coach and most of all a life line. Bridget and I talked about my goals and my current practices and she helped me construct a running plan tailored to my abilities and needs. I am happy to say that I have run my first 3 of 4 months with Bridget and have steadily improved my mile time. While I completed my 4th month out of the area, the tips and encouragement that Bridget provided gave me the motivation needed to do my best mile time yet! I cannot wait to complete my fifth race of the year (right on schedule) with her guidance.

“I PR’d my marathon...”

I am so thankful to have found Bridget. I decided I wanted to run another marathon (my 5th) but knew I needed some coaching on how to train. I was also in a rut and needed help getting back to enjoying running! Bridget listened to my needs and created a plan that pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing.  She worked with me through my training and adjusted my plan when I starting having some issues with my quad.  The plan she created for me was tough but it prepared me for my race and most importantly allowed me to fall in love with running all over again.  I PR’d my marathon and gained a coach and friend in Bridget!  I strongly recommend Bridget and am looking forward to working with Bridget again!”
