March Madness "Running Style"

We have all seen the news. We have all seen the cancellations. No March Madness. No Boston Marathon. No NBA. No Masters. No Races.

Running related posts I see include "Should I keep running?" "What am I running for?" "Why train with no races?" "What is the point?"

Social distancing is occurring on a global basis and it takes each one of us to do our part for it to be successful. But that doesn't mean goals and fitness needs to suffer. It just means you need to be smart about your choices and look for alternative ways to stay motivated.

You RUN You has come up with a creative alternative to racing: "March Madness Running Style"!!!

In honor of "Selection Sunday" I am creating a FREE, virtual running bracket where runners compete head to head with each other through an online platform. This is intended to keep the running (and walking) community motivated and healthy over the coming weeks!

The rules can be found in the pictures below! All you need to do is sign-up by 5:00 pm Wednesday March 18th! Prize awards for winners!

To sign-up please:

Post below OR send an email to yourunyoucny@gmail.com including:

1. First & Last name

2. Bracket name (if you want to keep your identity a secret or this will be first initial and last name)

3. Current average weekly volume (for seeding purposes). Note, I will also add this metric to the brackets so your competition has a starting target!

4. E-mail address
